What you are purchasing
The Command Center is a web-based caregiving organization tool. The printable Caregiver Command Binder is a separate, non-subscription download containing nine usable fill-in pages. The qualifying annual Command Center offer includes the printable binder; the monthly plan does not promise binder inclusion.
Subscriptions and free trial
At checkout you select either $9/month or the annual plan at $79/year. Each begins with a seven-day trial and requires a payment card. You pay $0 during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges your chosen recurring plan after seven days, then at each renewal.
Cancellation
Manage subscriptions using the Stripe billing portal, or email support@carecommandhq.com. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first payment. Cancellation stops future renewals; a paid period typically continues until its expiration.
Refunds and billing issues
The trial costs $0 if cancelled before it ends. Once charged, subscription fees and successfully delivered printable binder purchases are ordinarily nonrefundable for changes of mind. This does not limit legally required remedies, billing-error corrections, or help with undelivered products. Please include your purchase email when contacting support.
Care information
Use CCHQ only to organize information you are permitted to access and share. Ensure the invited care team has appropriate permission. Do not rely on CCHQ for emergency response, medication decisions, clinical diagnosis, legal determinations or financial advice.
Availability and changes
We may update app features or correct errors. We will communicate material changes where required. Website and app services may occasionally be unavailable.
