How do I start the app?
Once Stripe checkout is completed, follow the instructions on your confirmation page to go to the Command Center. Use the email from checkout when signing in.
How do I cancel?
Visit the Stripe billing portal. Cancel before the end of your seven-day free trial to avoid a charge. Or email us for assistance.
My PDF didn't arrive.
If you bought the binder, use the secure download link on your purchase confirmation page or contact support using your purchase email. For the free checklist, open it here, no purchase needed.
What are the refund terms?
Cancel before the seven-day trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. After payment, subscription fees and successfully delivered binder downloads are ordinarily nonrefundable for changes of mind. Billing errors and legally required remedies are handled separately. We will always review delivery failures, billing errors and applicable legal rights. See full terms.
